Within the dedicated "Service Design" team, the Service Design Specialist participates in the establishment of Maintenance and Support offers in response to client requests and participates in the processing of maintenance tenders. The Service Design Specialist is an advanced expert in the field, responsible for the execution of the company's strategy through the development of sustainable, scalable, and high-performance service offerings. He/she interacts with sales teams, back-office teams, support teams, technology partners (publishers and manufacturers), and clients to ensure that the service design meets the real needs of the clients.

Your Mission:

• Handle maintenance and support quote requests from sales teams and provide support for contract renewals.
• Prepare maintenance quotes in relation to manufacturers/publishers and distributors.
• Develop technical (service description) and financial (quotations) offers in compliance with the company's internal processes and associated commitments (production deadlines, margin levels, etc.), ensuring that they meet client requirements.
• Prepare and participate in client offer presentations.
• Accompany commercial teams in client presentations to showcase NTT's maintenance and support service offerings.
• Facilitate the transfer of won dossiers to production teams to facilitate the transition of sold services.

Collaboration With Sales And Pre-Sales Teams:

• In relation with the internal "pre-sales" teams, be identified by sales teams as a facilitator for the development of maintenance and support offers (new business/specific renewals).
• Develop joint offers with pre-sales teams (technical solutions or managed services).

Relationships With Publishers/Manufacturers And Distributors:

• In relation with pre-sales teams, maintain quality relationships with publisher manufacturers.
• Know how to choose/retain the best service offers from publishers/manufacturers and distributors that will meet client demands.
• Ensure always obtaining the best purchasing conditions from these publishers and manufacturers and negotiate these conditions if necessary.

Cross-Functional Activities For The "Service Design" Team:

• Participate in the "administrative" tasks of production follow-up of offers.
• Participate in the backup management within the team.

Your Profile:

• Graduated with a Bac+3 to Bac+5 in information technology, computer science, commerce, or related field. You have more than 5 years of initial experience, ideally acquired in an international context or in a service field in a technological environment.
• Good knowledge and understanding of IT and telecom environments (networks, security, unified communications, data centers, etc.).
• Good knowledge of the office pack and web tools.
• Advanced communication skills, both orally and in writing, in French and English.
• Sense of responsibility (ownership & accountability).
• Great rigor in the management of activities.
• Honesty, integrity, analytical and synthesis spirit, force of proposal, and teamwork are assets that will allow you to succeed in this position.
