Channel Marketing Manager in Korea

Hungry, Humble, Honest, with Heart. Sound like you? Read on. Nutanix is now looking for a creative, driven, and analytical marketer to join the team as Channel Marketing Manager in Korea. This person will have direct responsibility for building and executing scalable marketing campaigns with and through our Partner community. More specifically you will roll-out integrated Partner campaigns, online and offline, to drive demand and pipeline, against an annual and quarterly plan and budget. This role requires strong planning and execution skills, and an ability to work cross-functionally, leveraging both internal stakeholders and partners to deliver results. This person will have a relentless focus on the end customer, and love building and running marketing enablement programs that scale and accelerate joint marketing campaigns with Partners. This position will report to the Marketing Director, Korea, while working closely with Partner Sales, and regional and corporate marketing teams within Nutanix.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional partner sales leadership and field partner marketing to identify business priorities, focus partner marketing initiatives, and success metrics.
  • Develop and execute scalable marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness, demand and pipeline through Partners.
  • Innovate and build best-in-class partner marketing programs and motions (with OEM, Alliance, GSI Partners) to successfully grow market share and wallet share.
  • Build strong relationships with Partners, create marketing plans with top tier Partners, while ensuring all Partners are being enabled and utilize our marketing automation platform.
  • Tailor global digital campaigns to partner requirements and assist Partners with implementation (email, social, inbound) via our Marketing Concierge Specialists.
  • Apply resourcefulness to come up with new ideas and programs to drive partner-sourced leads, and progress them into pipeline and deal registrations.
  • Measure campaign impact through SFDC reporting, evaluate Partner campaign ROI, and present recommendations for improvement on a monthly basis.
  • Budget and MDF spend management.

What You'll Bring Requirements

  • 8 years' experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across Korea
  • Prior experience working with different types of partner routes to market like resellers, distributors, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), technology alliances, system integrators (SIs), service providers (SPs) and cloud partners.
  • Ability to think strategically while implementing tactically, balancing longer term ambitions with current capacity and demands.
  • Proven record in establishing and analyzing Return of Marketing Investment metrics and conversant with lead funnel metrics and industry CRM tools.
  • Experience in developing compelling joint content and working knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
  • Excel in working closely with customer segments, internal cross-functional teams, external agencies and industry associations.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills; ability to summarize important insights for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and the ability to translate those skills into creative, marketable programs.
  • Be a natural team player and have a desire to work with others for broader success.
  • The fluid ability to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and undefined environment.
  • Language skills in English is a plus

How We Work

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
