Sr. Manager, Americas Marketing Analytics, Operations & Growth

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Demand Center Operations, the Sr. Manager, Americas Marketing Analytics, Operations & Growth supports achievement of revenue business goals and strategic objectives of the Americas Marketing and Global Demand Center teams.

We are growing and looking to add a highly effective data-driven, technical, hands-on operations leader that is forward-thinking with a track record of driving results by increasing sales efficiencies to improve sales marketing productivity. This role is very cross functional with great visibility in the organization to team with Global Programs, Global Campaigns, Finance, Sales Operations, Customer Success and more. This is a manager role with 1-2 direct reports.

You will contribute to the team's charter to: Enable Revenue Marketing by designing operational workflows and processes built for predictable and repeatable recipes; enabling martech for efficiency and ease of use; and leveraging advanced analytics for deep customer insights.

You will report to the Senior Director of Global Demand Center Operations. The work setup at Nutanix is hybrid, with employees typically expected to be in the office 3 days a week, offering a balanced mix of in-person collaboration and remote work flexibility.

Your Role

  • Be a trusted advisor to the VP of Americas Marketing and Global Demand.
  • Proactively develop methods to optimize, scale, and improve business processes across Americas marketing. Works closely with Americas marketing leaders to inspect marketing process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Assists Americas marketing leaders in understanding bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
  • Ability to Analyze results and trends to aide in strategic decision making for the business.
  • Attain alignment across the revenue operations demand and operations teams to break down silos and fuel demand growth.
  • Be a change agent not afraid to disrupt the orthodoxy.
  • Manage a team that serves as the liaison between Global Demand Center Operations and the Americas Marketing teams. Serve as the "first line of defense" to answer questions related to process, systems, data, and reporting.
  • Represent Americas Marketing in requirements gathering, testing, and implementation of new campaign planning and budget management systems. Own primary responsibility for user training and change management in the Americas teams.
  • Provide value-added analysis on marketing performance and support marketing decisions, QBR's and planning.
  • Drive the annual planning process for the Americas Marketing teams.
  • Manage overall budget for the Americas Marketing team, tracking changes and communication updates. Meet regularly with Finance counterparts to do reconciliation and evolve spend reporting.
  • Become trusted subject matter expert on our internal systems work and report to one another to manage, prioritize and respond to ad-hoc requests from a large and diverse group of individuals in a timely manner.
  • Bridge the gap between the Americas Marketing and IT with the ability to clearly articulate priorities and pain points and translate those to functional requirements.
  • Support multi-touch lead project ensuring leads are appropriately marketed to per approved buyer's journey.

What You Will Bring

  • BA/BS in Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, or related field required.
  • Technical degree preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, with demonstrable ability to do Pivot Tables, VLookups, and more.
  • In-depth understanding of data warehousing, marketing funnel, business intelligence, and lead management processes and technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure high quality deliverables with high attention to detail.
  • Extensive experience with Tableau, Marketo, LeanData, 6Sense, Wrike, Smartsheet, Powerpoint and Salesforce required. Openprise experience a plus.
  • Applies initiative and independent judgment to resolve non-routine problems.
  • A passion for data and analysis, with a curiosity to get to the root of a problem and solve it.

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $193,600 and USD $290,400 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
