Nuts.com is a self-funded, profitable, rapidly growing multi-channel DTC specialty food and wellness company with over 550 people on our team. We're changing the landscape of snacking on nuts, dried fruit, chocolate and more! We planted our roots in Newark, New Jersey during the Great Depression, selling premium nuts on Mulberry Street's open-air market. We've come quite a long way since then, taking our multi-generational family business online in 1999. Even after 96 years, we continue to pride ourselves in expertly sourcing the highest quality foods and treating our customers like family.

The role:

We're looking for a hands-on, versatile Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team at Nuts.com. This role is perfect for someone who's eager to flex their design skills, learn fast, and make an immediate impact. You'll help bring our brand to life across key consumer touchpoints—email, website, social, and packaging—while working closely with both the marketing and creative teams.

Success in this role depends on being self-motivated, composed, curious, organized, open to feedback, empathetic, and wildly collaborative.

What you'll do:

• Design and produce engaging, on-brand assets for email, social media, website, and packaging
• Collaborate with marketing partners to execute campaigns and support seasonal priorities
• Work within and help evolve our brand guidelines, templates, and systems
• Manage and organize our Figma files, email design libraries, and asset naming conventions
• Assist with production work and file prep for print and digital channels
• Edit and adapt creative across platforms and formats (desktop, mobile, etc.)

What you'll bring:

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and a strong portfolio
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• A solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout across digital mediums
• Familiarity with email design best practices and responsive layouts
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow
• Bonus: comfort with light video editing tools like CapCut or Premiere
