The Colleague Experience Group (CEG) has a simple vision: to provide a great colleague experience every day. The Director of Enterprise Learning Design will play a pivotal role in supporting the design and execution of the organization's regulatory, risk, compliance and required training initiatives. This role will lead a team of Instructional Designers who are responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating enterprise learnings in support of the enterprise learning strategy. As liaison between business units, subject matter experts and respective learning teams, this role will support capacity planning and engage internal and external learning third-party vendors to meet demand requirements. The position will also lead process/functionality improvements through technology to support current and future learning enhancements. This role reports to the Vice President, Learning Design & Governance.
This is a highly visible and strategic position with significant and regular interaction with leaders across the company.

Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
