Victor is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a Vice President, Product & Technology Delivery Lead - Strategic Growth Programs to enhance technology enablement and drive project management processes for new program launches. The incumbent is a recognized subject matter expert in Information Technology across the insurance industry, with specific emphasis on enterprise PMO competencies serving the lifecycle continuum across MGA business and operations including sales and marketing, submission, policy administration and underwriting functions. This role manages large scale projects or processes, the priorities roadmap for IT products, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving the successful execution of IT initiatives with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
Oversee multiple interconnected projects and technologies to achieve strategic organizational goals, ensuring alignment, resource optimization, and successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
Define program scope, objectives, and key performance indicators across discovery-driven processes and project implementation.
Provide expert and strategic advice to members of the Operations & IT leadership team on all matters affecting the IT portfolio.
Manage all phases of project delivery by defining project structure, phasing, resource plans, and activity schedules, while ensuring effective project governance and execution.
Build a Center of Excellence around technical discovery, driving transformational change and innovation while balancing business objectives.
Substantial experience as a senior manager with a proven track record in managing extensive program delivery and innovation programs.
Keen problem-solving and prioritization skills, with the ability to rapidly synthesize and act on new information.
Experience in agile delivery for large platforms and the ability to create value within a fast-paced, complex work environment.
Insurance/Finance experience is essential, with knowledge of the current MGU insurance industry technology landscape strongly preferred.
A Master's or advanced education in a related field.
Individual contributor and self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision, capable of leading and developing project-based matrix teams.
Comfort manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume technology and data from varying sources.
Outstanding communication skills, able to convey complex project information in easily understood terms to business and operations partners.
Experience in aligning with CIO/business leads to identify use cases and harness the potential of AI to demonstrate business value.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $136,000 to $271,900. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
