We're hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist – Talent Acquisition to strengthen Oceans' inbound talent pipeline and elevate Oceans as the employer of choice. In this role, you will execute paid and organic marketing campaigns, own our talent brand channels, optimize inbound performance, and build systems that attract the right candidates at the right time and at the right cost.

This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role ideal for someone who is analytical, creative, organized, and passionate about talent marketing.

Accountability

Your success as a Marketing Operations Specialist will be measured by your ability to generate high-quality inbound candidates, increase channel performance, and enhance Oceans' employer brand presence. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) and Requirements and Resources Management (RRM) teams to ensure our marketing efforts directly support hiring needs and overall pipeline health. Here's how you'll make an impact:

Inbound Talent Marketing

  • Execute paid and organic campaigns to attract the right skill sets aligned to active and upcoming hiring needs
  • Achieve inbound marketing KPIs, including applications, conversion rates, and cost-efficiency
  • Formulate and refine inbound marketing strategies to ensure "right skill-set, right time, right cost"

Brand & Social Media Management

  • Run and manage all Oceans social media platforms with the objective of positioning Oceans as the employer of choice
  • Develop compelling content that engages prospective candidates and strengthens our employer brand
  • Identify opportunities to elevate our brand presence through thought leadership, speaking opportunities, and networking events

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the TA team and RRM team to understand the hiring pipeline and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
  • Participate actively in regular pipeline meetings and adapt campaigns based on updated role requirements
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve alignment between marketing and recruitment

Referral Program Ownership

  • Own and manage the Oceans Referral Program end-to-end
  • Track performance, identify gaps, and propose improvements to drive greater participation and successful referral.

Colleagues

You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure alignment between talent needs and marketing execution.

This role reports directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Skills & Qualifications

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, your vertical depth will be in inbound marketing and employer branding, while your horizontal range will support collaboration across recruitment, content, and operations.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: 2–4 years in marketing, talent marketing, employer branding, or performance marketing
  • Channel Expertise: Familiarity with paid ads, social media management, organic strategy, and basic analytics
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to track KPIs, interpret performance data, and optimize campaigns
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and visual communication for crafting compelling market-facing content
  • Organization: Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Collaboration: Comfort working closely with recruitment teams, understanding hiring needs, and adjusting strategies quickly
  • Mindset: Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to strengthening the growing talent brand

Role Specifications

This is a remote role, with expected overlap across multiple time zones. You will, however, be expected to attend in-person coworking sessions bi-weekly.
