We're hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist – Talent Acquisition to strengthen Oceans' inbound talent pipeline and elevate Oceans as the employer of choice. In this role, you will execute paid and organic marketing campaigns, own our talent brand channels, optimize inbound performance, and build systems that attract the right candidates at the right time and at the right cost.
This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role ideal for someone who is analytical, creative, organized, and passionate about talent marketing.
Your success as a Marketing Operations Specialist will be measured by your ability to generate high-quality inbound candidates, increase channel performance, and enhance Oceans' employer brand presence. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) and Requirements and Resources Management (RRM) teams to ensure our marketing efforts directly support hiring needs and overall pipeline health. This role reports directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
