We're hiring a Marketing Specialist to help execute high-impact paid marketing initiatives, from digital ads and event sponsorships to media partnerships and podcasts. In this role, you'll coordinate logistics, manage deliverables, and support campaign set-up and tracking to ensure our marketing runs smoothly and effectively. This is a hands-on, operations-focused role within our Support Team, ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and curious about how paid marketing really works. Your success will be measured by the seamless execution of paid initiatives, the quality of campaign operations, and the accuracy of tracking and reporting.
Here's how you'll make an impact:
You'll work closely with the Marketing team and external partners and vendors. You'll also collaborate with Sales and the other stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and data integrity.

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client's time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
