A Day in The Life of Our Marketing Manager:
- Collaborate with the global marketing and sales enablement teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the Korean market
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Provide global reporting and tracking of marketing activities and campaign outcomes
- Work closely with the design team to develop engaging visual content, including graphics for the on/offline event, and social media content
- Plan and execute email campaigns using the Tout platform
- Develop and manage email campaigns using third-party media platforms
- Create, manage, and optimize content for Korean social media platforms, including YouTube, Naver Blog, and Naver Community
- Plan and execute webinars targeted at the Korean audience
- Improve visibility through Google and Naver Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Collaborate with the development team to localize content for the Altium website
- Management of all PR activities in Korea
- Plan and execute on/offline events such as seminars, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities
- Create and optimize marketing collateral to support the sales team
Who You Are and What You'll Need for This Position:
- 1~2 years of marketing experience
- Written / Verbal knowledge of local language (Korean) is required with written/verbal knowledge of English also required as a second language
- Technologically savvy with intermediate to advanced skill with Word, Excel, Power point and Google applications (Calendar, Email, Google Docs); familiarity with CRM (Sales Force) and data base management systems desirable
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal and customer service skills; demonstrated ability to represent the company with internal employees, visitors and vendors.
- Self-starter with a pro-active, take charge orientation.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
