Create and execute comprehensive brand, market, and user growth strategies tailored for the Chinese-speaking market, aimed at enhancing brand visibility and fostering user loyalty. Establish and uphold a strong brand identity, leading multi-channel marketing initiatives, including public relations, social media engagement, and both online and offline promotional events. Conduct in-depth analyses of the preferences of Chinese-speaking users, the regulatory landscape, and competitive dynamics to formulate and implement effective localized operational strategies. Partner with product, risk management, legal, and business development teams to ensure that market strategies are compliant and executed with maximum efficiency. Build and manage a high-performing regional market team, empowering team members to enhance overall effectiveness and operational execution. Utilize user behavior data and market feedback to continuously refine brand marketing strategies and channels, driving effective conversion rates.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Finance, Blockchain, or related disciplines is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of relevant market experience within large internet companies, fintech, or internet securities, with at least 3 years in a management position. Strong understanding of the user ecosystem, media environment, and regulatory frameworks in the target market, with a proven track record of successful localized branding or user acquisition projects. Demonstrated ability to drive results, with exceptional leadership and project management skills. Bilingual in both Chinese and English to communicate with different stakeholders.
