What You'll Be Doing

1. Data Foundation Management

• Ensure the trustworthiness and stability of key data assets.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to co-build the enterprise-level data foundation.
• Drive data standardization, modeling, and automated governance.
• Establish a comprehensive data quality system covering accuracy, stability, and end-to-end observability.
• Oversee execution of critical data projects and manage compliance and risk.

2. Business Partnership — Enabling Data-Driven Growth

• Drive implementation of unified metric definitions and governance mechanisms.
• Lead the development of datamarts, event tracking standards, and supporting toolsets.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to build decision-making data pipelines for global operations.

3. Data Solution Provider

• Abstract one-off data solutions into reusable capabilities.
• Build plug-and-play data solutions through metrics platforms, event tracking, and BI tools.
• Support scalable business growth with flexible and reusable data capabilities.

4. Data Productization — Elevating Data to Products

• Oversee planning and user experience for BI analytics and user behavior analysis platforms.
• Metrics Platform: Manage metric assets and ensure consistency and governance.
• Event Metadata Management Platform: Enhance data discoverability and traceability.
• Data Quality Management Platform: Build automated monitoring and alerting capabilities.

5. Team Leadership and Organizational Development

• Build and manage an international Data Product Management team.
• Establish efficient collaboration mechanisms and incentive systems.
• Promote and embed a company-wide data-driven culture.

What We Look For In You

• 10+ years of experience in data product management, data platforms, or related areas.
• At least 5 years of team management experience.
• Deep understanding of data engineering, data modeling, data governance, and event tracking systems.
• Experience managing data products in large-scale Internet, financial, or exchange-related environments.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.

Nice-To-Haves

• Experience managing global executive communications in highly regulated industries.
• Expertise in reputation management, crisis communications, and brand positioning.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier university in communications, journalism, business, or a related field.
