OKX is seeking a visionary and highly experienced Senior Product Manager for User Activation. In this role, you will create and execute user activation strategies across global markets and diverse channels, aiming to improve key performance indicators. You will also work with internal stakeholders to refine the user onboarding process while investigating crypto-focused activation tactics, and remain vigilant about market trends to uncover new opportunities.
Develop and execute user activation strategies across global markets and multiple channels (e.g., paid media, SEO, affiliates, influencers, ASO). Own and optimize key KPIs: LTV, conversion rates. Collaborate closely with R&D, data, local market and brand teams to drive user onboarding experience. Explore crypto-native activation levers (airdrop, token incentives, referral programs, ambassador strategies). Stay on top of market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. 5+ years of user acquisition or activation experience with proven track record in scaling products from 0 to 1 preferable globally. Strong understanding of LTV, funnel analysis, and experimentation methodology. Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and experimentation, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Proficiency in data tools and agile methodologies to manage and optimize growth initiatives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners. Experience in crypto, fintech, or financial apps is strongly preferred. Fluent in English; multi-market/global background is a plus.
