We are recruiting for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our client team, working directly within their Wealth Management and Digital Investing businesses to deliver clear, customer-centric email comms through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
We are looking specifically for someone with:
LOCATION
Hybrid working experience that blends the positives of working alongside colleagues at our onsite locations, together with working from home. That means you'll work at an onsite location on fixed, 'anchor', days of the week, for a minimum of two or three days a week. These anchor days are dependent on location – this is also flexible but could be London, Northampton or Glasgow.
ROLE MISSION
As an experienced and expert Email Marketing Manager, you'll elevate business results by leveraging data, technology, and creative expertise to deliver clear, customer-centric marketing communications. You'll manage and deliver the daily strategic and tactical operations of the email channel, understanding the end-to-end campaign management process within Salesforce Marketing Cloud while conforming to best practices and providing Quality Assurance.
You'll influence stakeholders using your technical email expertise to ensure best practice is applied across Salesforce account set up, template module creation, and execution success. Working with agency partners and internal brand teams, you'll ensure email template design is on-brand and fit for purpose. You'll take ownership of defining, reviewing, and updating control processes behind the design, build, and send of marketing emails, including training Marketing Managers on Segregation of Duty Controls and continuously identifying improvements to ensure flawless execution.

You're a strategic thinker with strong ability to shape strategy and convert it into tactical execution. You have technical and specialized understanding of email marketing with hands-on experience in email platforms, design tools and languages (Salesforce, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, SharePoint, HTML/CSS Coding). You're skilled at applying excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills using dashboards and reporting tools to measure engagement and commercial KPIs.
You're someone who is creative and enthusiastic, never content with the mediocre, wanting to be first and best. You're comfortable with ambiguity and transformation, someone who can thrive and inspire others in change. You're collaborative, listen and engage with all levels of the organization, and genuinely believe in the power of ideas and solutions. Ideally, you'll have Financial Services experience and understand how to navigate the internal workings of large, regulated organizations through strong and meaningful stakeholder relationships.
ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
You'll work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the Wealth Management, Smart Investor, and Plan & Invest businesses as part of the Wealth Management marketing team. You'll be responsible for managing email demand from these key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and met to help achieve their business goals.
You'll build strong working relationships across a number of internal teams including Brand, Product, Risk, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.
As part of your role, you'll be:
