The Enterprise Identity team powers secure and seamless access for organizations using OpenAI products. We build the authentication, authorization, and user management systems that enable small businesses and global enterprises to adopt ChatGPT, API, and future offerings with confidence. Our work underpins enterprise security, IT integration, and the safe deployment of AI at scale, making sure the right people have the right access at the right time.
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to define and scale the strategy for OpenAI's enterprise identity platform. You will lead efforts to deliver critical capabilities such as SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and identity federation across all OpenAI products, enabling enterprises to securely manage users, data, and access in complex organizational environments.
This role requires close collaboration with engineering, security, GTM, and customer-facing teams to ensure our identity systems meet the needs of organizations ranging from high-growth startups to the world's largest enterprises. Your work will directly enable safe, large-scale enterprise adoption of frontier AI.
This position is based in San Francisco, CA. We utilize a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
