Senior Product Designer

Job Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end design across key areas of the Platform experience—from concept to execution.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to translate business goals and user needs into elegant, intuitive solutions.
- Collaborate with fellow designers to ensure cohesion across the broader product ecosystem.
- Contribute to strategy discussions and influence product roadmaps with user-centered thinking.
- Plan and execute research, usability testing, and validation activities to inform and improve your designs.
- Help define and evolve our design standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of our design culture.
Knowledge and Experience
- A detailed, user-centered design process, with a portfolio showcasing the end-to-end thinking behind shipped digital products.
- You put the "product" in product design—comfortable aligning your decisions with business goals and demonstrating how your design impacts outcomes.
- Meticulous attention to detail: craft, polish, and accessibility matter to you.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a track record of working successfully with cross-functional peers.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders.
- A growth mindset: adaptable in fast-moving environments and always looking for the next improvement.
- Deep customer empathy and a drive to advocate for users at every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma, and experience with design systems and prototyping.
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Experience mentoring or coaching other designers is a plus.
- Familiarity with design in global, multilingual environments is a bonus.
