The Team Lead, Marketing Operations is a critical role within Marketing Operations, responsible for ensuring flawless execution of marketing campaigns, efficient use of tools and processes, and effective team management. This role provides the leadership necessary to align campaign operations with broader marketing and business goals, while also serving as a key connector between strategy and execution. This will be an in-office role to provide coaching and guidance to entry-level marketing operations individual contributors.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (2 PM to 10 PM)
路 2+ years experience in a marketing operations or 1+ year in a project management role
路 Experience working with different stakeholders and project management tools
路 Hands-on experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms
路 Experience overseeing a team and project management experience
路 Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills
路 Ability to work with deadlines and learn quickly in a fast paced environment
路 Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
路 Flexible and focused among competing priorities
路 Analytical experience relating to ad hoc requests, operational improvement, and business intelligence tools
路 Coordinating the campaign queue alongside with the Marketing Operations Manager
路 Overseeing workloads and ensuring SLAs are met by the Marketing Operations Associates
路 Reporting on team workloads and capacity to the Marketing Operations Manager
路 Building email, paid media, content and event campaigns using Marketo
路 Setting up A/B tests for email campaigns and creating reports
路 Communicating with stakeholders and managing campaign timelines
路 Testing landing pages to ensure leads are being processed correctly
