Primary Responsibilities:

1. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Enterprise Self-Service product
2. Understand the “what & why” of User Stories & Features and their impact on Operational Key Results and Customers
3. Document and communicate business requirements, including writing detailed Features with User Stories and defining Acceptance Criteria
4. Work with stakeholders and business partners to gather, analyze and define business requirements
5. Build relationships with key stakeholders and communicate effectively
6. Provide feature demonstrations to stakeholders and business partners
7. Manage product backlog and prioritize trade-offs between customer experience, business requirements, and technical limitations
8. Translate customer insights into actionable tasks
9. Partner with engineering teams to create requirements and user stories
10. Support integration testing and automation practices
11. Lead cross-functional meetings and influence capability outcomes positively
12. Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives

Required Qualifications:

• Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst related to product development and Agile delivery
• Experience working with stakeholders and partners gathering requirements and leading projects
• Experience writing detailed User Stories and defining Acceptance Criteria
• AI literacy, adaptability, and ethical awareness

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters in business administration with 6+ years of experience
• Certified Scrum Product Owner
• Experience with GenAI Employee Productivity capabilities or products
• Experience within healthcare industry
• Experience with Agile or Scrum
