The mission of the R&D Talking Tom and Friends team is to expand the boundaries of Outfit's existing portfolio of games with titles that reach a broader audience through smart design, rapid iteration, and fearless creativity. So, we're looking for a Senior Game Designer who not only dreams big but builds fast. This is a hands-on expert role for someone ready to work on the creative vision and design execution of multiple game prototypes—all the way from whiteboard to soft launch. In This Role You Will

• Manage the end-to-end game design process for Talking Tom and Friends IP prototypes—from concept to live ops.
• Collaborate with product, art, and engineering leads to implement gameplay mechanics, monetization systems, and player progression.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on core gameplay mechanics and features.
• Implement creative vision and maintain design quality across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analyze gameplay data, player feedback, and market trends to inform design decisions.
• Champion fun, intuitive, accessible gameplay tailored to mobile platforms.
• Present clear documentation and pitches to internal stakeholders and team members.

• Strong understanding of player behaviors and motivations across target audiences.
• Deep understanding of game design fundamentals and game production.
• Positive, make-it-happen, lead-by-example attitude.

Your Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in game design, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven track record shipping mobile titles, ideally in the midcore, casual, and/or hybrid casual space.
• Experience designing and tuning core loops, economies, and retention mechanics.
• Hands-on experience with Unity or other game engines.
• Familiarity with live ops, A/B testing, and working with game analytics.
• Bonus: Experience working on multiple prototypes or within a new IP incubation team.
• Bonus: Background in UX, product design, and/or economy design.
