Senior Product Manager (SaaS B2B) - Prague, Czechia

As a Senior Product Manager, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for delivering a simplified, scalable, and AI-powered experience across our platform. This role is pivotal in enabling product development teams to build capabilities efficiently while ensuring customers can easily leverage our suite of tools. You will lead initiatives that derive insights, deliver intelligence, and propose meaningful actions for users—driving automation and assistance in day-to-day sales-related workflows.

While we are remote-friendly, we remain an "office-centric" company. This role is categorized as hybrid and it is expected you live in a reasonable proximity to the office in Prague so you would be able to connect with your team on a weekly regular basis, attend in-person meetings and company events. This is a full-time, permanent role, not eligible for contractors and for work from other countries.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Own the Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for delivering a seamless and scalable experience
  • Accelerate AI Innovation: Help carve and drive our AI roadmap and introduce agent-assisted experiences that empower sellers and enhance workflows
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with design, research, and engineering to simplify information architecture and migrate experiences to a modern client framework
  • Lead Discovery & Roadmap Sessions: Engage with key customers and prospects to validate ideas and shape product direction
  • Champion Accessibility & Global Reach: Lead efforts in accessibility, localization, and internationalization
  • Enable Go-to-Market Success: Work closely with product marketing to develop positioning, enablement materials, and launch strategies
  • Drive Cross-Functional Initiatives: Influence and align stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams to deliver significant outcomes

Our Vision of You

  • Experience: 6+ years in product management, building B2B SaaS or enterprise applications (CRM, sales engagement platforms preferred)
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to define long-term business strategy while delivering short-term wins.
  • Customer-Centric: Deep empathy for users and strong intuition for data-driven decisions
  • Leadership: Proven ability to rally teams around a common mission and lead in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Technical Acumen: Comfortable working closely with engineers and understanding technical trade-offs
  • Analytical Skills: Skilled in building business cases, analyzing data, and solving complex problems
  • Collaboration: Exceptional communication and influence skills across cross-functional teams
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
