We're now at an inflection point — and we're looking for a Head of Growth to turbocharge our momentum.
The Role
We're looking for someone who's excited to roll up their sleeves and build from the ground up. This is a high-impact individual contributor role — you'll be the first dedicated growth hire at Overview, working closely with the founding team to design, execute, and scale our growth engine.
If you're successful in the role, there will be plenty of opportunity to grow into leadership, but this position starts hands-on and execution-driven. Your focus: use AI agents and automation tools to help Overview grow faster, smarter, and louder.
We don't care how many years of experience you have. We care if you can move fast, experiment boldly, and use AI as leverage.
What You'll Do
- Design and run growth experiments across marketing and outbound
- Use AI agents to automate lead generation, SEO, campaign ops, and more
- Own and refresh our website (no need to code — just ship)
- Develop scalable LinkedIn content and community strategies
- Identify opportunities for AI-led funnel optimization
- Build lightweight CRM workflows, email flows, and automations
- Work side-by-side with the founding team to prioritize, test, and iterate

- Have zero fear of diving in and figuring things out — website edits, prompt engineering, cold outreach, you name it
- Can operate without layers of hierarchy — you love doing the work

- Bonus: You've built growth machines at an early-stage startup before (but not required)
