Senior Product Manager For Ai Security Team

As a Senior Product Manager for the AI Security team, you will lead the strategy and development for the innovative PRISMA AIRS product line. You will define and deliver competitive service offerings by deeply understanding customer needs through collaboration with sales, marketing, and engineering. Your role is crucial in creating marketing materials and evangelizing services to enhance the customer product experience. Success in this position hinges on your ability to guide and influence diverse cross-functional teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand AI systems, their differentiation from traditional software, and the evolving AI threat landscape.
• Serve as a strategic advisor, providing expert guidance to various cross-functional teams.
• Translate customer insights and competitive intelligence into differentiated product designs for engineering teams.
• Drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and a high bias for action to meet goals.
• Use data analytics to monitor metrics, identify trends, and influence the AI Security product roadmap.
• Oversee daily product management, including feature sets and overall strategy for the AI Security space.
• Lead feature prioritization and make critical tradeoff decisions to align with strategic goals.
• Support the full New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, including Beta testing and feature ramp-up.
• Conduct market analysis, develop requirements, and create business cases to define product strategy and positioning.
• Maintain a strong customer focus through active engagement and relationship development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of product management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise-grade products and platforms.
• Proven ability to own the full product lifecycle, from conception to launch.
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience thriving in an agile environment with rapid iteration and collaborative work sessions.
• A demonstrable and consistent track record of success in previous roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or equivalent.
• Product management experience for AI/ML or Cybersecurity-driven products.
• Experience with cybersecurity and AI/ML-powered solutions for an enterprise platform.
