Animator / Motion Graphics Designer - Remote Eligible

Animator / Motion Graphics Designer (2D/3D Animation, After Effects, Video Ads – Remote, U.S. Hours)

We're hiring an Animator / Motion Graphics Designer to create high-impact animations and motion graphics for marketing campaigns, ads, and brand content.

In this role, you'll turn ideas into engaging visuals — from explainer videos and product demos to social media content and ads. You'll work closely with creative and marketing teams to deliver polished, on-brand animations across platforms.

If you're skilled in After Effects, motion design, and video production, and enjoy bringing concepts to life through animation, this role is for you.

Animation & Motion Graphics

• Create 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, and kinetic typography
• Develop animations for ads, explainer videos, product demos, and social campaigns
• Translate storyboards and scripts into dynamic visual content

Visual Design Integration

• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams
• Ensure animations align with brand guidelines and messaging
• Optimize assets for social media, web, and video platforms

Tools & Software

• Work with:
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Premiere Pro
  • Illustrator / Photoshop
  • Cinema 4D / Blender (if applicable)
• Manage project files, plugins, and asset libraries

Collaboration & Feedback

• Work with creative leads and stakeholders to refine concepts
• Incorporate feedback quickly while maintaining quality
• Deliver revisions efficiently within project timelines

Optimization & Delivery

• Export animations in multiple formats (MP4, GIF, MOV, WebM)
• Ensure high quality, smooth playback, and optimized file sizes
• Prepare assets for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and web

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in motion graphics or animation
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Illustrator
  • Photoshop
  • Premiere Pro
• Strong portfolio showcasing animation and motion design work
• Understanding of social media formats and digital ad specifications
• Strong attention to detail and creative execution
• Comfortable working remote during U.S. business hours

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya)
• Knowledge of sound design integration
• Experience in advertising, SaaS, entertainment, or e-learning
• Familiarity with video marketing metrics (engagement, CTR, watch time)
