Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Digital Marketing Manager (B2B) to lead and scale our marketing function. This role is ideal for a growth-minded marketing leader who can blend creativity with data-driven strategies to drive pipeline growth and elevate our brand presence. The ideal candidate is an all-rounder who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the latest B2B marketing trends, and can oversee multi-channel initiatives across paid, organic, outbound, and brand marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a holistic B2B marketing strategy that drives both growth and brand awareness.
  • Own the marketing funnel end-to-end: from demand generation to lead nurturing to brand positioning.
  • Lead and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid media, outbound, SEO, social media, email marketing, content, and partnerships.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously experiment with innovative approaches to acquire and convert high-quality leads.
  • Partner closely with leadership and sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team (in-house or external resources as needed).
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, ensuring ROI on all initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing leadership, ideally as Head of Marketing, Growth Lead, or similar senior role.
  • Strong track record of driving measurable growth through ads, outbound campaigns, organic strategies, and brand marketing.
  • Deep understanding of modern B2B marketing trends, tools, and strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, HubSpot, outreach platforms, analytics tools).
  • A creative strategist with the ability to execute hands-on when required.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
