Graphic Designer & Landing Page Developer (Conversion-Focused) – Remote | EST Preferred

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Graphic Designer & Landing Page Developer to create high-performing creative assets and conversion-focused landing pages that directly impact campaign performance and lead generation.

This is not a traditional graphic design role.

You will:

  • design ad creatives
  • build landing pages
  • optimize user experience
  • improve conversion rates
  • launch pages independently
  • support growth and marketing campaigns

This role sits at the intersection of:

What You'll Own

Creative Design Execution

  • Design high-performing digital marketing assets including:
    • ad creatives
    • social media graphics
    • banners
    • email visuals
    • promotional graphics
  • Maintain strong visual consistency across campaigns and brands
  • Translate campaign messaging into clean, engaging, conversion-focused visuals
  • Support marketing initiatives with performance-oriented creative execution

Landing Page Design & Development

  • Design modern, responsive, conversion-focused landing pages
  • Build and launch pages using:
    • Webflow
    • Framer
    • or similar no-code / low-code platforms
  • Ensure pages are optimized across:
    • desktop
    • tablet
    • mobile devices
  • Independently manage landing page launches from concept → production

UX/UI & Conversion Optimization

  • Improve layouts, user flows, and page structure for:
    • clarity
    • engagement
    • conversions
  • Apply UX/UI best practices across:
    • landing pages
    • forms
    • CTAs
    • visual hierarchy
  • Continuously optimize landing pages based on:
    • performance insights
    • user behavior
    • campaign goals
  • Support A/B testing and CRO initiatives when applicable

Collaboration & Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate closely with:
    • marketing teams
    • copywriters
    • leadership
    • campaign stakeholders
  • Execute campaign ideas quickly while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Update and iterate on existing pages and creative assets regularly
