Our client is hiring a process-driven Marketing Associate to strengthen marketing infrastructure and execution.
This is an execution-heavy role. You will manage data integrity, build and audit prospect lists, support campaign infrastructure, and ensure marketing systems run clean and efficiently.
You'll work directly with the VP of Marketing. The goal is simple: tighter systems, better visibility, smoother execution.
Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure data accuracy in Salesforce
Manage marketing database structure and segmentation readiness
Build and audit prospect lists using ZoomInfo or similar tools
Execute compliant mass email campaigns
Create and maintain competitor tracking databases
Conduct website audits and support SEO-driven content updates
Build campaign tracking frameworks and reporting visibility
Document marketing processes and standardize workflows
Support light content execution (email drafts, publishing support, templates in Canva)
Hands-on Salesforce experience (data management, segmentation, reporting)
Experience with Pardot, Account Engagement, HubSpot, or similar automation tools
Experience using ZoomInfo or comparable prospecting databases
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
Experience maintaining CRM hygiene and marketing databases
Ability to follow and document standardized processes
Experience supporting US-based companies
Basic SEO knowledge
Website CMS experience
Experience drafting marketing emails or supporting content publishing
Canva or light creative execution exposure
30 Days: You understand the infrastructure, have improved data cleanliness, and can execute routine marketing tasks with minimal oversight.
60 Days: You're not just maintaining systems — you're improving them and beginning to own day-to-day execution.
90 Days: Marketing operations feel organized, predictable, and efficient. You anticipate needs, own execution, and actively contribute to improving how the team operates.
Six months in, you've become the operational backbone of marketing — our systems are clean, campaigns run smoothly, and leadership has clear visibility into performance without needing to ask.
Beyond maintaining strong infrastructure, you've begun taking ownership of day-to-day content execution — drafting emails, supporting article publishing, and helping move ideas from concept to launch — while proactively improving workflows and making the entire team more efficient.
