Marketing Operations Associate (Salesforce, CRM, List Building – Remote, CST Hours)
We're hiring a Marketing Operations Associate to strengthen marketing systems, data accuracy, and campaign execution.
This is an execution-focused role where you'll manage CRM data, build prospect lists, support campaigns, and improve marketing workflows. You'll work directly with the VP of Marketing to ensure systems are clean, structured, and efficient.

Responsibilities
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain Salesforce CRM hygiene and ensure high data accuracy
- Manage database structure and segmentation readiness
- Audit and clean marketing data to improve usability and performance
List Building & Prospecting
- Build and audit prospect lists using ZoomInfo or similar tools
- Ensure lists are accurate, segmented, and campaign-ready
- Support targeting and audience development for campaigns
Campaign Execution & Tracking
- Execute mass email campaigns in compliance with best practices
- Build and maintain campaign tracking frameworks
- Improve reporting visibility and performance tracking
Marketing Operations & Systems
- Document marketing processes and standardize workflows
- Improve operational efficiency across marketing systems
- Support execution across tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pardot
SEO & Website Support
- Conduct website audits and support SEO-driven updates
- Maintain competitor tracking databases
- Assist with content updates and optimization
Content & Execution Support
- Support light content execution (email drafts, publishing, templates in Canva)
- Assist with campaign materials and content formatting
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (CRM data management, segmentation, reporting)
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot, Account Engagement, HubSpot, or similar)
- Experience using ZoomInfo or similar prospecting tools
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
- Experience maintaining CRM hygiene and marketing databases
- Highly process-driven with the ability to document and follow workflows
- Comfortable working remote during CST hours
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting US-based companies
- Basic understanding of SEO and website optimization
- Experience with website CMS platforms
- Experience drafting marketing emails or supporting content publishing
- Familiarity with Canva or light design tools
