Marketing Automation Specialist

We're hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to build, optimize, and scale automated marketing campaigns, email workflows, and lead generation systems.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you'll own:

  • Marketing automation workflows
  • Lead scoring & segmentation
  • Email campaign performance
  • CRM alignment with sales

If you're strong in HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign and enjoy improving systems that directly drive pipeline and revenue, this role is for you.

You'll own:

  • Build and optimize nurture sequences, drip campaigns, and triggered workflows
  • Design and implement lead scoring models
  • Test and troubleshoot workflow logic to ensure flawless execution

You'll also:

  • Build and launch campaigns using HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot / Account Engagement, and ActiveCampaign / Klaviyo
  • A/B test subject lines, copy, and CTAs
  • Ensure emails are responsive, on-brand, and conversion-focused

You'll sync automation platforms with Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, and Zoho, ensuring clean lead routing and fast handoffs. You'll track campaign to pipeline to revenue attribution and work closely with sales to improve lead quality.

You'll maintain clean, organized marketing databases, remove duplicates and inactive contacts, and build advanced segments based on behavior, industry, persona, and lifecycle stage. You'll ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA.

You'll track key metrics like open rate, CTR, conversions, and revenue impact. You'll build dashboards in HubSpot / Marketo and Power BI / Tableau, turning data into clear, actionable insights.

You'll continuously improve campaign performance, test new workflows, targeting, and messaging, stay updated on automation tools and best practices, and recommend system improvements to increase ROI.

Requirements include 2+ years experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign), hands-on experience with workflow building, lead scoring, and email campaigns, strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets (segmentation, reporting), understanding of email deliverability and data privacy & compliance, and detail-oriented with strong execution discipline. Comfortable working remote in U.S. business hours.

Nice to have certifications in HubSpot / Marketo / Pardot, experience with multi-touch attribution, SaaS / B2B / E-commerce environments, familiarity with Zapier, APIs, integrations, and experience aligning marketing automation with sales pipeline goals.
