Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) – Remote | U.S. Time Zones

We're hiring a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to build, manage, and optimize high-performing paid media campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms.

This role is focused on:

  • Lead generation
  • Paid media optimization
  • ROAS growth
  • Conversion tracking
  • Funnel performance
  • Scalable campaign execution
  • You will manage campaigns across:

    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    • LinkedIn Ads
    • YouTube and display platforms
    • Retargeting and paid acquisition channels

    This is a hands-on execution role — not strategy-only.

    • Strong understanding of PPC, attribution models, conversion tracking, funnel optimization
    • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, reporting dashboards
    • Strong analytical and communication skills

    • Review campaign dashboards and performance metrics
    • Launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns
    • Adjust budgets, bids, audiences, creatives
    • Analyze funnel and conversion performance
    • Collaborate with creative teams on new ad concepts
    • Troubleshoot tracking and attribution issues
    • Prepare performance insights and optimization recommendations
