What You'll Work On

UX Research & Product Discovery

• Conduct:

• Usability testing
• Surveys

• Journey maps
• Use tools like:

Wireframes & Prototypes

Design and prototype experiences using:

• Figma
• Adobe XD
• Sketch

Translate ideas into:

• Wireframes
• Clickable prototypes
• Responsive layouts

UI Design & Design Systems

• Design polished web and mobile interfaces
• Create reusable:
• Components
• Typography systems
• Color systems
• Maintain scalable design systems for consistency

Accessibility & Usability

• Design with usability and accessibility in mind
• Follow WCAG standards
• Ensure responsive experiences across devices

Collaboration & Product Handoff

• Work closely with:
• Product Managers
• Developers
• Stakeholders
• Support handoffs using:
• Figma Dev Mode
• Zeplin
• InVision

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of Product Design / UX/UI experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing:
• UX thinking
• UI craftsmanship
• Experience with:
• User flows
• Prototypes
• Responsive design
• Strong understanding of:
• UX principles
• Usability
• Accessibility

Nice to Have

• Experience designing:
• SaaS platforms
• Consumer apps
• Enterprise tools
• Understanding of:
• HTML/CSS basics
• Analytics & A/B testing
• Experience scaling design systems
