Website Designer

Pavago is hiring on behalf of one of its clients for the role of Website Designer. Our client is looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented professional to ensure their digital platforms remain optimized, professional, and fully functional at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Website Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor HubSpot and WordPress sites for performance or functionality issues. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, errors, or user-reported problems quickly and effectively. Ensure seamless operation of website workflows such as lead capture and integrations.
  • Content & Form Updates: Redesign and optimize web forms to improve user experience and conversion rates. Update landing pages, manage redirects, and support other ongoing content adjustments.
  • Task Management & Responsiveness: Provide reliable support with task-based fixes (e.g., forms, redirects, errors). Complete requests within a 24-hour turnaround time to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Strong experience working with HubSpot CMS and WordPress CMS.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Knowledge of website optimization best practices (forms, landing pages, redirects).
  • Familiarity with website integrations and lead capture workflows.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple small requests, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and responsiveness to task requests.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

  • Monitoring websites for any errors or functionality issues.
  • Supporting with task-based fixes such as updating forms, managing redirects, or troubleshooting bugs.
  • Responding to ad-hoc requests and delivering fixes within 24 hours.
  • Collaborating with the client to ensure websites remain professional, optimized, and disruption-free.
