What you'll be doing

  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution — from strategy and creative development through launch, optimisation, and performance storytelling
  • Translate data into decisions, continuously improving campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI
  • Partner closely with PMO, creative, digital, and demand teams to deliver seamless, multi-stream campaigns
  • Act as a strategic connector between Pax8 regional teams and Microsoft stakeholders, ensuring alignment to shared GTM goals
  • Build deep expertise in your Microsoft solution area, staying ahead of trends, competitors, and integration opportunities
  • Present clear, compelling campaign updates and insights to internal leaders and Microsoft partners

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B campaign or solutions marketing within a technology environment
  • Proven ability to build and execute integrated GTM strategies across the full marketing funnel
  • Strong commercial mindset, with confidence working against revenue-focused metrics
  • Ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-moving, cross-functional setting
  • Clear, confident communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation-based
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and marketing outcomes
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and project management platforms is a plus
  • Comfort operating in an agile, scaling organisation where priorities evolve quickly

Pay & Benefits

Compensation Range: $100,437.05–$143,481.50 (or more depending on experience)
