Pax8 is looking for a strategic and passionate Product Marketing Manager to drive global product marketing initiatives that fuel our ambitious growth. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact across five dynamic business units, working alongside product leads, regional marketing teams, and sales enablement experts.

What You'll Do

  • Co-develop integrated marketing plans aligned with company OKRs, in partnership with the Product Marketing Director.
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, backed by deep market research and positioning insights.
  • Own end-to-end campaign strategy and performance reporting, ensuring clear ROI communication across stakeholders.
  • Act as a bridge between regional and corporate marketing teams to balance opportunities with business goals.
  • Champion Pax8's brand identity across all campaigns and channels.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by attending key events and thought leadership programs.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in tech or SaaS.
  • Proven success in GTM strategy, buyer persona development, and communication planning.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you know how to pitch ideas and uncover insights.
  • Experience with tools like Wrike, Monday, or Asana.
  • A growth mindset, adaptability, and a passion for learning.

What Success Looks Like

  • 30 Days: Understand product landscape and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • 90 Days: Launch your first GTM strategy and report on performance.
  • 6 Months: Own multiple product campaigns and contribute to strategic planning.

Compensation:

Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $97,000 to $120,000, or more depending on experience.
