Our client is a fast-growing, remote-first startup focused on building scalable growth systems and revenue automation for enterprise and B2B markets. They are dedicated to creating efficient, repeatable processes that drive pipeline growth, improve sales outcomes, and enable high-performing teams to scale globally.
We are seeking a systems-oriented Growth & Outbound Operations Specialist to design, build, and manage outbound and revenue automation infrastructure. This role exists to architect and operate the outbound engine, enabling scalable prospecting and pipeline generation. You will work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to build repeatable systems, optimize campaigns, and ensure clean data and CRM processes. The ideal candidate is process-driven, analytical, and highly comfortable with automation and multi-channel outbound tools. Candidates who thrive here are proactive, independent, and excel in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
