Key responsibilities:

• Confidently handle pricing objections and guide leads to trial or paid plans
• Maintain GoHighLevel CRM (pipelines, tags, automations). Convert inbound and outbound leads via WhatsApp, SMS, email, and phone in 3 languages
• Build and refine follow-up sequences and pre-churn outreach
• Send payment links, enroll new members, and manage PushPress data
• Coordinate social media content (clips, posts, tagging) with coaches via Slack
• Manage member communications during price changes or software transitions
• Track key KPIs: close rates, churn, book-to-show ratios
