Peloton is revolutionizing fitness with cutting-edge products and experiences that inspire millions to move. We are pushing boundaries in technology, design, and wellness, and we're looking for a Director, Product Design to help lead and shape the future of fitness through user-centered design solutions.

Our design leaders are dedicated to fostering clarity and simplicity in interfaces with complex functionality. They guide teams in approaching problems with an agile mentality, ensuring rapid iteration on both UX and UI while maintaining a high bar for design quality. We believe great design isn't just about execution—it's about creating experiences that inspire, motivate, and empower people to live healthier lives.

Successful candidates are self-motivated, strategic, and highly collaborative leaders. They proactively drive projects forward, provide mentorship and feedback, and create an environment where designers can do their best work. They cultivate a team culture rooted in support, curiosity, and continuous growth—lifting each other up, pushing the work forward, and celebrating wins together. They prioritize the success of the team over individual contributions and take ownership of delivering impactful outcomes. Note: Please ensure you include a link to a live portfolio or a downloadable PDF of work samples in your application. It'll be our first introduction to your user-centered product design experience.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes as well as examples that demonstrate strong outcomes from your design leadership
  • Experience defining and executing long-term (1–3 year) design strategies that move the needle on core business KPIs
  • You excel in influencing product direction and thrive when aligning your team's work with organizational goals
  • Excel at coaching designers to level up UX, UI, and Content Design craft while fostering an environment of continuous learning
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma a must) and prototyping software
