Presentation & Graphic Support Specialist

As a Presentation & Graphic Support Specialist you will support creating, designing and formatting digital presentations, data visualization and other creative assets for Sales & Marketing Teams in DACH. Taking ad hoc draft presentations developed by the business and ensuring that content is aligned with company standards (e.g. formatting, templates, disclaimers) and visually pleasing to the eye.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in creating, designing and formatting digital presentations for Sales & Marketing Teams
- Create other assets such as newsletters, zoom backgrounds, logos, etc.
- Work with supervisor to map out plan of presentation production creating clear, compelling, highly accurate and visually attractive presentations.
- Make complicated topics clear through presentations that are easy to understand and visually pleasing to the eye.
- Work on the graphic design to make presentations useful and eye-catching, including determining which framework to use to create effective slides, and how to make information engaging, informative, and compelling.
- Directly work with line manager to understand and prioritize individual agenda/workload
- Monitor and act upon regular feedback inputs from deliverables end-user
- Input into improving existing processes based on frequent end-user and feedback
- Manage stakeholders' requests and related communication within given timeframes & task objectives with a highest care
- Develop internal knowledge of PepsiCo business, brands, ways of working and stakeholder requirements
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint including working with master slides and animations is a must
- General knowledge of Adobe software (Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a must)
- Experience in commercial design and data visualization proven by the portfolio (with various types of assets)
- Ability to apply brand design systems to different marketing assets and layouts
- Ability to communicate fluently in an all-English business environment
- Highly organized and responsive, with the ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet tight deadlines & strong critical thinking skills
- Highly collaborative – works well with others, including Marketing services teams, internal marketing & sales stakeholders, and external suppliers, to deliver results
- Copywriting/content management experience will be a plus
- Account management experience would be an asset
- Experience in other design/motion design tools such as Adobe After Effects will be a plus
- German is a plus but not mandatory
