Your Impact

As Design Sr Coordinator - Innovation Brand Design your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Determine and define project scopes and objectives
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently
  • Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and deadlines
  • Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external design teams to ensure synergy, flow, momentum, and quality control
  • Proactively turn meetings and reviews into actions and plans (AI workflows are highly encouraged)
  • Provide project updates/reports consistently to GFG Head of Design and other stakeholders including: resource strategy, budgets, adjustments, and progress
  • Communicate with all cross functional partners in marketing, design, finance, legal, etc
  • Manage contracts, scope, and timelines with vendors and suppliers
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Capture all project data and ROI information in Monday.com tracking platform
  • Coordinate with the Design Ops team for timely reporting

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

• Minimum 4+ years' experience in project coordination (Design or Creative industry preferred)

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

• Advanced experience with project management software and Microsoft Office programs

• Familiar with the Monday.com platform

• Ability to solve problems creatively in a matrix environment

• Experience seeing design projects through the full life cycle

• Excellent analytical skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and exceptionally resourceful

• Proven ability to help a team multitask and complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

• Ability to work in an agile, dynamic work environment with a start-up mentality and comfortable with taking risks and proceeding through ambiguity

• Effectively communicates (verbally and written) with internal and external business partners in both Spanish and English

• Collaborative and works well with others to deliver results; keep others informed along the process
