Leverage global design & design thinking to help build greater affinity and awareness of our brands – accountable, alongside BU and sector leads.

Lead design programmes as per Asia Foods Design AOP

Illustrate and execute global best practice – award winning design – global and regional.

Generate creative design proposals (sketches, scenarios, concepts) in order to visualize the desired output and share with internal and external team members.

Participate in research activities and effectively translates customer needs into actionable design requirements.

Continue to strive for best practice design outcomes with marketing teams – act as active consultant and partner.

Approval of final design outcomes and producton sign off – accountability.

6+ years of brand design experience on regional brands in FMCG.

Extraordinary design taste and ability to realise world class design solutions across multiple applications and comms platforms.

Ability to clearly articulate and visualize their thinking to design and marketing partners, reporting to senior leaders across the function.

Ability to manage projects independently, contribute to strategic design making, and win awards.

Employee must be based in a Pepsico office.
