The Opportunity
Guides and integrate Demand Accelerator strategy and alignment across functions, ensuring initiatives execution, seeking profitable growth, in order to maximize profit, net revenue, value creation and increase SOM.
Leads DX pillars across Andean and connect with Regional and Global functions to maximize performance and investments, mainly for Racks & Shopper Marketing initiatives, while ensuring Perfect Stores execution and CatMan management.
Drive commercial calendar, ensuring Marketing, Sales Strategy, Revenue Management and Sales initiatives.
Additionally, the role leads the digital enablement of Demand Excellence capabilities, incorporating data, advanced analytics and commercial digital tools to improve decision making, execution precision and productivity across the Andean region.
Ensures DX processes evolve from operational execution to data-driven execution by integrating digital platforms, automation and predictive insights into Perfect Store, Category Management and Shopper Marketing routines.
¿Who Are We Looking For?
Bachelor's degree, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
+ 10 Experience in commercial roles such as: Sales Manager, GTM Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, Digital Sales Manager
Skills / Knowledge:
Trade Marketing knowledge
Sales and DC administration processes knowledge
Category management knowledge
Project management knowledge
Education: Marketing, Business administration, Industrial Engineering
At least 7 or more years of experience on Marketing and Sales
Medium to Advance English 100% oral and written
People Skills
Working knowledge of data management and/or Nielsen preferred
Understanding of shopper insights
Knowledge on Sales Cycle Process
Experience working with commercial digital tools (Dashboards, analytics platforms)
Understanding of eCommerce KPIs and digital shelf metrics
Data interpretation and storytelling capabilities
Exposure to automation or reporting simplification initiatives
