Responsibilities

  • Lead business partnering for E-Afh key customers and aggregators
  • Co-developing a comprehensive category growth plan (Snacks & Beverage) using knowledge, PepsiCo and market insights
  • Build category vision for Afh channel and Ecomm, incl. Setting clear targets for Picos, menu optimization and responsible for execution tracking (leading using tracking tool, partner with 3rd party data supplier)
  • Build category vision for Afh channel to clearly forecast and mit to future growths
  • Provide input into channel and customer strategy in collaboration with Sales leaders and Sales Activation and actively seek for opportunities for tailored solution
  • Absorbing and adapting global teams' playbooks, keeping a close eye on sector and global teams
  • Partner with Brand, Sales strategy and finance teams to translate business performance issues and opportunities into shopper – related issues and opportunities for selected channels and customers
  • Regularly activate existing and newly collected shopper & customer information and ensure the company (Sales, Marketing and Sales strategy teams) is focused on right business questions
  • Contribute to building partner /win-win relationship with customers and build PepsiCo category /shopper expertise vis a vis key customer
  • Creating all of PepsiCo's digital campaigns, collaborating with the aggregator, key customers and Afh teams. Working closely with brand teams to create a 360-degree campaign process.
  • Conducting detailed campaign analysis (campaign period - post-campaign)
  • Determining campaign KPIs and tracking with the aggregator
  • Direct, regular cooperation with Kams in order to achieve PepsiCo targets with key customers
  • Opportunity hunting: proactive seeking of potential chances and solutions using all available data sources as well as active observations
  • Utilize findings from research and analytical tools provided to leverage them in cooperation with customers
  • Link marketing plans with action plans for the Sales force
  • Take part in the Aop process within the customers
  • A&M budget management & working with sector team for A&M sufficiency

Qualifications

  • University degree or more
  • Min 4 years of commercial experience is required
  • Project management expertise in sales and marketing agenda is required
  • Away From Home, Sales, commercial, sales operations, trade marketing, finance or logistics experience is a plus
