Responsibilities

The main function of the role is to provide visibility, advise, and be part of the improvement of the Packaging Materials Performance Indicator PMF (Bopp, Display and Corrugated). In such a way that you ensure results through the generation of national and local strategies, identifying and prioritizing the causes of the opportunities that arise, as well as driving digital innovations that allow for more efficient decision-making. Additionally, this role has a second scope, regarding the Value Engineering and Commodities program. Following up on the development of reformulation projects and providing support throughout the supply chain to ensure its execution.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

Related careers: Industrial engineering, administrator or afun.

Knowledge of LSS (root cause and opportunity analysis)

6+ months experience in manufacturing areas.

Knowledge of Power Bi

Act as owner, have leadership to start new projects in both areas of the role. Project management skills PMO. Act with integrity when communicating real results. Analytical thinking to facilitate the identification of opportunities, the generation of improvement plans, comparison with other sites and follow-up of initiatives. Good organization and time management, anticipating operational constraints. Collaborate and influence in the follow-up of improvement plans. Development of knowledge and new skills in the area. Effective communication in teamwork.
