Job Overview:
The ANZ DTV Lead is responsible for establishing and embedding the Design to Value capability across the ANZ operating unit. This includes owning the ANZ DTV roadmap, leading cross-functional sprint programs, and coordinating initiatives that unlock growth, productivity, and sustainability opportunities. The role ensures DTV initiatives are aligned with global frameworks while being tailored to ANZ business priorities. The role also acts as the primary link between the ANZ business and global DTV capability teams, ensuring that global tools, methodologies, and best practices are effectively deployed and that learnings from ANZ contribute to broader global capability development.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the ANZ Design to Value transformation agenda, aligning with strategic priorities and global frameworks.
- Identify and drive high-impact opportunities that deliver growth, cost productivity, and sustainability.
- Manage DTV sprint programs to solve complex cross-functional challenges.
- Partner with marketing, R&D, supply chain, finance, and insights teams to build strong business cases.
- Champion and embed the DTV methodology, tools, and governance across ANZ.
- Track and report value delivery, ensuring initiatives align with business objectives and planning cycles.
- Act as the ANZ liaison for global DTV teams, deploying global tools and sharing best practices.
- Engage stakeholders and lead change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile delivery.

- Strong experience in portfolio management, product/process redesign, and cross-functional leadership.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes through structured problem-solving.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Passion for driving innovation, sustainability, and value creation.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, operations, or finance roles.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Experience working within complex, matrix organisations and influencing senior stakeholders.
Skills and Capabilities:
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable solutions.
- Experience applying design thinking, lean, or agile methodologies to drive business transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.
Certifications (preferred):
- Agile and/or Scrum Master certification.
- Human-Centered Design (HCD) or Design Thinking certification.
Personal Attributes:
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity.
- Highly collaborative and able to build alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem solver with a bias for action and results.
- Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic business environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
