Supply Chain Analyst - Product Innovation

As a Supply Chain Analyst - Product Innovation, you will be part of the North America Integration team, supporting the launch and scale-up of new products. You'll play a key role in ensuring that all supply chain data, documentation, and reports are accurate, complete, and ready to enable successful product launches.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and being part of the behind-the-scenes execution that brings new products to market.

  • Your work will directly support how new products are launched and perform in the market.

Your Impact

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare and issue production advisories and supply chain communications to enable manufacturing changes
  • Create and maintain documentation required for new product launches, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with US-based Integration Managers and cross-functional teams (pricing, master data, supply chain) to gather and validate information
  • Generate reports (e.g., sales, fill rate) and share insights with stakeholders to support decision-making
  • Maintain and update data in systems and reporting tools used by the commercialization team
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting and documentation processes, driving efficiency
  • Support ad-hoc requests and special projects related to product innovation

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 1+ year of experience in Supply Chain (internships + early roles count)
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting)
  • Advanced English (written & spoken) – daily interaction with US stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive deliverables with minimal guidance

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to SAP / S4 Hana or similar systems
  • Experience with reporting, data management, or process documentation
  • Understanding of supply chain processes (planning, commercialization, logistics)
