Designs, develops, and delivers Epic end-user training programs that align with clinical and revenue cycle workflows. Works with operational stakeholders, application teams, and subject matter experts to create role-specific learning experiences that support user adoption and system competency.
Develop classroom, virtual, and e-learning content for new Epic applications, upgrades, and optimizations.
Configure and maintain the Master Training Environment (MST) to support realistic workflows and training scenarios.
Deliver Epic training sessions to end-users, incorporating adult learning principles and hands-on practice.
Partner with application analysts to test new builds and incorporate changes into curriculum and training materials.
Maintain job aids, quick reference guides, and training documentation in a shared repository.
Provide go-live support, reinforcing workflows and assisting users in applying training in live environments.
Gather feedback and evaluate training effectiveness; update materials based on results.
Collaborate with Help Desk and application teams to resolve training-related access and environment issues.
Ensure assigned staff complete required Epic training and competency validation prior to gaining system access.
Experience in Epic training, instructional design, or adult education.
Knowledge of clinical and/or revenue cycle workflows in Epic.
Skilled in training delivery methods for diverse audiences.
Experience configuring and managing Epic training environments.
Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience.
