Leading real estate firm has a great opportunity for a take charge person to work as a Marketing Associate. You must be a self-starter and have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a marketing-related capacity. Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for select agents that come through the general marketing inbox for creative requests. In addition, you may manage a small book of on-going agent business in support of the broader marketing team members managing some the busiest offices across Manhattan. Get involved in multiple aspects of the business, with a focus on accountability and follow-through for the implementation and support of agent marketing requests. The role will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with the entire marketing team on diverse, high-impact projects while learning the ins and outs of management, strategy, and growth first-hand, at full speed. You will be responsible for a high volume of day-to-day communications with real estate agents. Candidate must be detail oriented, technologically savvy, a creative thinker and have the ability to prioritize and manage a large workload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Requires experience multi-tasking, managing independent projects and working well with a team. Strong written/verbal communication, organizational and customer service skills a must. A passion for digital tools and the ability to learn and train others on marketing platforms is necessary. Proficient in Microsoft office suite required. Knowledge or interest of NYC real estate necessary. Experience with a luxury brand either via an internship or previous job is desired.
