Marketing Manager

Great opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join this leader in the real estate industry. This is a contract position filling in for a 5-month maternity leave. You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of upholding a luxury brand across regional channels in the NY market as well as a portfolio of agents that require your marketing expertise. Handle strategy to execution to overall operations and project management, the role will be to ensure marketing best practices, offer 1: 1 strategic consultation and recommend best path to better running their business, all from a marketing standpoint. Work as part of a larger regional marketing team that has access to both corporate and local resources. In addition, the position partners with a design team to complete creative requests. The ideal candidate has come from a luxury background in-house or worked at a fast-paced advertising or media agency. You should have experience working with luxury brands, are creatively driven, solutions-oriented, resourceful and a self-starter. Responsibilities:

  • Ideate and implement strategic marketing initiatives that connect several platforms, including website, email, DM, and social media. From regional campaigns to custom creative pieces, both digital and print, you'll be responsible to brief the creatives, manage the visual design process and manage any production.
  • Manage brand identity work-streams for custom agent content and creative, working with design specialists in-house. From logo work to bespoke taglines to full visual identity systems, you will lead the development, sell-in process and roll-out for agents.
  • Own the adoption of several marketing and advertising tech platforms. We provide self-service tools to our agents to help improve upon their business, across both paid and owned. From CRM to advertising to on-the-go video production, your job is to understand the tech, be available to work on adoption, showing ease of use and properly showcase new roadmap features.
  • Collaborate and communicate across the larger marketing team in NYC, and at times working with other marketing leads across the country and key regional executives. As Marketing Manager, you will be center-point of comm's for your book of business for all internal PR/Advertising/Operations/Technology counterparts at the company.
  • Own relationships with external partner vendors, including printers, videographers, and photographers to ensure work is briefed properly, and timelines are managed and up to creative standards.
  • Assume financial responsibility for your marketing efforts, including owning local marketing revenue, tracking and recording/reporting. Manage marketing-related invoices and agency payments.
  • Manage agent marketing onboarding process and present key marketing initiatives in regional sales meetings.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years previous experience at an in-house marketing, advertising agency, creative or branding role; creative production experience and project management preferred.
  • 6+ years of people management experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, Canva, etc.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn to utilize social software management such as Sprout and open to learning and working within software for Project Management such as WorkFront.
  • Interested in third party analytics and/or keyword research tools, like Google Analytics.
  • Experience with content creation and production tools is a plus.
  • Hybrid role in our NYC-based | 4 days a week in office.

On or around 11/1 for 5 months.
