Your 'day to day'

As a Senior Trade Marketing Specialist, you will handle commercial plans and trade marketing initiatives across all channels, ensuring efficient use of resources and high-quality execution. You will apply data-driven approaches to segmentation and performance tracking, while leading the deployment of campaigns and materials across sales locations and continuously improving processes in collaboration with internal teams and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Plan Execution: Ensure effective implementation of commercial plans in line with defined guidelines, with a strong focus on efficient resource allocation and high-quality execution. Develop PPOMS & POSM segmentation and guidelines for the Serbian market based on go to market strategy and market insights, in close collaboration with Marketing and Digital department and other internal stakeholders.
• Segmentation & Performance Analysis: Conduct analysis of sales locations, sales platforms, and distribution channels, while ensuring accurate budget tracking and continuous performance monitoring.
• Deployment Management: Lead cooperation with prepress teams and printing suppliers (digital and offset) to ensure alignment with agreed visibility standards and deployment timelines. Continuously improve and simplify processes related to campaign development, printing and deployment across sales locations.
• People Management & Development: Lead, organize, and coach team members to achieve business and development objectives, while motivating them and supporting their growth.
• Compliance & Integrity: Ensure all activities align with internal and legal procedures. Promote a strong culture of integrity, safety, and compliance across all activities. Ensure all solutions and activities are aligned with legal and corporate requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or trade marketing roles.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive insights.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
