Your daily routine...

  1. Be the senior trade marketing reference for Chile, leading the connection between commercial strategy and its execution in all channels and categories.
  2. Define and execute multi-channel and multi-category activation plans (online/offline), prioritizing resources, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring impact on visibility and commercial objectives with actions directed at retailers, distributors, and strategic partners.
  3. Manage the trade marketing budget, making investment decisions based on return, efficiency, and performance, proposing scenarios, and ensuring accountability in the use of resources.
  4. Analyze channel KPIs, category performance, and execution insights, transforming data into strategic recommendations that influence commercial decisions and optimize the budget.
  5. Design the point-of-sale visibility strategy and ensure its correct implementation together with visual merchandising and brand teams, maintaining consistency with the portfolio standards.
  6. Be the strategic counterpart of creative and content agencies and Trade HQ, providing criteria, feedback, challenge, and direction in online and offline materials.
  7. Lead the planning of campaigns and commercial cycles, in coordination with Planning, evaluating synergies between categories, prioritizing initiatives, and maximizing the impact of the budget.
  8. Drive digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the evolution of the commercial team and elevating the quality of execution in the channel.

Who we are looking for...

  • University graduates in Marketing, Commercialization, Communication, Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience in Trade Marketing, Retail, or Mass Consumption, managing budget, suppliers, activations, and multi-channel projects.
  • Experience working with creative agencies and regional/global teams.
  • Advanced English language (exclusivity).
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel exclusivity); CRM or digital platform management is a plus.
  • Profiles with strategic vision, analytical thinking, autonomy, commercial criteria, and the ability to challenge the status quo, influence, and work with diverse stakeholders.
