Description of the Position
Within the marketing department of the Pharmactiv group and reporting to the Trade Marketing and Health Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following missions:
MANAGEMENT OF LABORATORY PARTNER PORTFOLIO
Responsible for marketing partnership with laboratories:
- Be the point of reference for a list of defined laboratories on all marketing operations
- Presentation of the Pharmactiv strategy
- Negotiation of marketing partner budgets
- Ensure the proximity/satisfaction and development of the partnership
CONSTRUCTION OF LABORATORY MARKETING PLAN
- Proposal to be realized in coherence with the expectations of members and laboratories
FOLLOWING UP MARKETING PLANS
- Coordination of the good execution of all marketing operations defined in the marketing plan
- Sharing of performances achieved
DEPLOYMENT OF POINT OF SALE ANIMATIONS
Monitoring & reflection/evolution of offers:
- Analysis of pharmacist and consumer expectations (work committees, satisfaction surveys, benchmarking…)
- Study, proposal and definition of themes and tools for members and patients
Ensuring the dynamics and deployment of monthly campaigns for all pharmacies in the network in respect of deadlines:
- Writing briefs
- Collaboration with laboratory partners and agencies
- Follow-up of the creation of supports
- Elaboration of internal and external communication supports
- Evaluation of monthly animations and follow-up of reporting
- Training of field teams
BUDGET FOLLOW-UP
- Follow-up of supplier invoicing (Bon pour accord, signature Bon à payer)
- Ensure the defined margin and respect of budgetary objectives
- Reporting in budget follow-up
SOCIAL NETWORKS
- Exchanges, follow-up and validation of post creation by the agency
- Collaboration with laboratories for validation
- Follow-up of exchanges with laboratories
Qualifications
Graduated with a Bac+5 in commerce/marketing, you have a successful first experience in a similar position.
A strong sensitivity for the world of hygiene/beauty/health is a plus.
You like working in a team and you are recognized for your relational skills and dynamism.
You show initiative, you are a force of proposal to evolve the concept, products and offer.
Finally, you master the office pack (Power point, Excel, Word).
Additional Information
This position is available for a 6-month fixed-term contract.
