Product Systems Analyst
Pilgrim's is looking for a Product Systems Analyst that reports to Research and Development. This position leads the day-to-day operation of inventory control and management of data systems. This role supports the development of food products by managing product specifications, product systems and reporting for the department. This role is located fully onsite at our Corporate office in Greeley, CO.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with key business stakeholders to elicit and develop both business and technical requirements.
- Conduct research to explore alternative troubleshooting options, ensuring they are considered, evaluated, and communicated effectively.
- Research and document recommendations or solutions for upgrades, improvements, issue resolution, and strategies to ensure a stable, available, and protected technical infrastructure
- Contribute to management, implementation and monitoring of identity, governance, storage, project and change control across numerous systems and environments.
- Assist in the implementation of systems within Pilgrim's and partner companies.
- Create, edit, modify, and publish reports drawing data from various systems according to set parameters.
- Train users on SAP modules – Product Lifecycle Management, Material Master, Inventory Management.
- Develop and modify the Project Management system to meet the specific needs of each department. Collaborate with cross-functional team members.
- Take structured and unstructured data and create a cohesive analytical product for functional business unit audiences.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining procedures by applying best practices.
- Engage with cross functional partners regarding product changes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks with assistance from the manager.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Update and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement in existing systems.
- Design technical solutions, test, and implement new systems.
- Maintain documentation for all systems and processes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to end users.
- Conduct system performance evaluations and recommend optimization strategies.
- Oversee system integration and ensure seamless operation across platforms.
- Ability to travel as required – Up to 25% of time

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or related professional experience or related technical field, preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management
- Highly attentive to detail, self-motivated
- Excellent organization skills, project management skills, and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
- Excellent planning, mapping and communication skills with the ability to make in-the-moment decisions based on new information constantly
- Experience with Accolade and/or project management tools, preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills; ability to create solutions
- Ability to manage cross-functional and external collaborations and projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- SAP experience, preferred
- Knowledge of USDA data systems, preferred
- Ability to travel
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
- Base salary of $60,000;
- Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
